Summit
BENTONVILLE, AR
JUNE 2-3, 2025
Join PeopleForBikes in beautiful Bentonville, Arkansas, on June 2-3 for the 2025 Electric Mountain Bike (eMTB) Summit!

The 2025 eMTB Summit brings together trail advocates, public land managers, policymakers, and recreation leaders to explore the evolving landscape of eMTB across the nation. This year’s theme focuses on how eMTB access has been expanded on public lands, the economic and social benefits of eMTBs in rural communities, and the innovative ways eMTBs are being integrated into public safety, infrastructure, and recreation planning.

Held in Bentonville—one of the nation’s leaders in eMTB access—the summit features dynamic sessions from federal agencies, nonprofit leaders, local officials, and public land experts. Attendees will hear the latest research on eMTB riding behavior from the USDOT and Volpe Center, learn about emergency management applications for eMTBs in wildfire-prone regions, and get a front-row view of federal policy shifts that could shape trail access for years to come.
featured sessions
Groundbreaking research on how eMTBs interact with natural surface trails, presented by the Volpe Center and Western Federal Lands.
